Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule their Bungee Fly Fit session up to 48 hours before the scheduled class start time without any penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session start time will not be processed and will incur a 100% charge of the booking fee. Cancellation: Customers can cancel their Bungee Fly Fitness session up to 48 hours prior to the class start time and receive a full refund. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time, or failure to attend, will result in a 100% charge of the booking fee.
