Bungee fitness is a dynamic workout that incorporates the use of bungee cords to add resistance and create a unique, low-impact exercise experience. It combines elements of cardio, strength training, and core engagement, providing a fun and effective way to improve overall fitness.
Elaine Stapleton, the founder and main instructor at Bungee Fly Fitness, is a dedicated personal trainer and nutritionist. She's passionate about the very latest and greatest industry trends as well as embracing the joy of movement.

How do I book a session?
To book one of our sessions or to schedule a private session, please reach out through the contact section or email us at bungeeflyfitness@gmail.com
Do I need an induction class?
Yes, all new flyers must complete 3 induction classes before they can make drop in bookings.
Do I need to pre-pay for my booking?
Yes, pre-payment is required to secure your booking. If you need to cancel, we kindly ask to provide 48 hours notice. Thank you.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes, there is a weight limit. The maximum weight for participants is 110kg. Ensuring everyone's safety is our top priority, and we want to make sure each participant has a great experience.
How much are the classes?
Take a look at our price list here. Don’t forget to follow us on social media for exclusive offers and updates!
What should I wear?
We suggest wearing snug-fitting clothes like leggings or cycle shorts. And don't forget to bring your water! Stay comfortable and hydrated during our sessions.
Is there onsite parking?
Unfortunately, we do not offer onsite parking. However, we recommend using ParkBee Liverpool Central Village, located at 1 Heathfield St, L1 4AT.
Do you offer any other services?
Yes, we offer cold water therapy sessions that you can enjoy after your bungee session. Cold water therapy has numerous benefits and helps with post-workout recovery. These sessions are available for an additional £5 per person. Click here to learn more.
